Billing & Refund Policy

Pricing

$50 per month for the agency seat, plus $50 per month for each agent seat. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. There is no free trial.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date and your card on file is charged until you cancel.

Adding and removing seats

• Adding a seat charges a prorated amount right away for the rest of the current month.
• Removing an agent takes away their access immediately. Lower your seat count in Billing so it is not charged at the next renewal.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused seats, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email dsunoo1808@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll review it.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll try again. Access may be paused until the balance is paid.
