Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sunoo Tech LLC ("we") collects and uses information through Sale Buddy. We act as a service provider to the agencies that use Sale Buddy for the call data they submit.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, password (stored encrypted), agency name and logo, role.
• Call data: audio you upload or stream, recordings imported from connected phone systems, transcripts, and the AI-generated scorecards.
• Billing information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: sign-in times, a device identifier used to prevent account sharing, and basic logs for security.

How audio is handled

Audio is sent to our AI provider to be transcribed and is not stored by Sale Buddy after transcription. Transcripts and scorecards are stored until deleted by you or removed under your agency's retention setting.

How we use information

• To provide transcription, coaching, scorecards, team reports and weekly summaries;
• To bill, secure, support and improve the Service;
• To communicate about your account and important changes.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your call data to train third-party AI models.

Who we share with

• Subprocessors: cloud hosting and database, AI providers (OpenAI) for transcription and analysis, Stripe for payments, and phone systems you choose to connect (e.g., RingCentral).
• Your agency: agency owners can see the calls and scores of agents on their team.
• Legal: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and phone-system tokens are kept server-side only. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Retention

Agency owners choose how long call history is kept in Settings. Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted within a reasonable time after closure unless we must keep it for legal, tax or fraud reasons.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Where we process call data on behalf of an agency, we will forward requests to that agency. Email dsunoo1808@gmail.com to make a request; we will verify your identity before responding.

Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

Children

Sale Buddy is a business tool not intended for anyone under 18.
